Over the past several years I have donated a large amount of inventory to this cause both personally and on behalf of my clients. It seems they have now changed their policy to requiring photos of all the items prior to donation which is frankly unacceptable. It is simply too much to coordinate photos, wait on approval and then schedule a time to meet with the pick up trucks. I have always taken great joy in being able to donate items to a good cause and keep them out of the trash but now their policies are making that an impossibility. Does anyone have any recommendations on where quality items can be donated?

I feel that they don't turn over items as fast as they should. I think they need more help. So many nice older ladies working hard to run a big place.

Mgr was extremely unhelpful when I asked for a piece of string to tie down my purchase. Bad vibes if you question them in any way

I have been going there for quite A few years and lately have seen quite a few changes, manly there prices have gone up considerably, you have to remember all that stuff is donated why should a used chair cost over a hundred dollars, do they need to get as much as possible ? How would a young couple afford anything there? I am not going to bother going there anymore and will definitely not donate anything.

Usually good prices and the inventory is always changing. Helpful staff.
