Very clean, affordable an accommodating. Was in a bind as the closing date on my house got pushed back we needed a unit immediately and was happily helped out. Staff is very friendly and access hours to your unit are very accommodating to anyone's schedule. I would recommend West Creek self-storage to anyone.
It's okay. Rent went up and it's getting expensive and then we were unable to get in for a few days due to the code being locked out by someone and was unable yo get ahold of Management.
This place has worked out well for me. Convenient between my 2 locations. It's clean quiet and accessible.
THE PLACE IS EVERY CLEAN AND THE EMPLOYEE, LARRY IS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE UNIT I RENTED WAS EASY TO GET TO AND CLEAN. IF I NEED A STORAGE UNIT AGAIN I KNOW WHERE TO GO.
Had a pleasurable experience with Larry the owner signing up and cancelling. Needed a unit to store some clutter to sell my house, once sold I had to cancel. If I need storage in the future, I will definitely use this place again. The unit was also clean and accessible.
