Finally there was the big day! Our photographer David was fantastic. He felt so much like part of the family that we never noticed him in the way. He was positive, upbeat, energetic and looked for ways to help us even beyond the scope of his work as a photographer. He really made us feel comfortable and like we've always known him.
I had DJ Leon for my wedding in October; He is a cool guy with lots of talent and creativity! He kept us on the dance floor all night long. He was easy to get in touch with and was very accommodating. Everybody was talking about that music was so good, SO I thought I should appreciate him via giving him 5 star ratings.. ;)
We're still awaiting the proofs and final photos so I'll update once the final product is in, but based on how great their service has been thus far, I have no doubt we'll get back some awesome shots!
I used Enchanted Celebrations for our wedding photography and we are so happy we went with them! Cost effective, accommodating and very organized. They made such a stressful time a lot easier with their constant communication and updates. Incredibly professional from the initial meeting right up until the day of, and even now as we move into post production work. The photographer Rachael was amazing and I totally recommend her if you get to choose who you work with. Love the place and will be recommending to others for sure!
We planned our wedding in about 5 months so there was A LOT to get done. The easiest part of it all I think was the Photographer! The fact that they come to your home on your time was wonderful and Jen, their sales rep was an absolute delight to work with. She followed up when she said she would, worked with our budget and was an absolute pleasure! Next in the process was regular emails from Erin that guided us step by step on what needed to be done and when. Again, being able to do this on our time online was so incredibly helpful!
My overall experience with Enchanted Celebrations was good. However, communicating with the company can get confusing because you talk to multiple employees. They do schedule phone meetings in order for you to communicate what you want from your photographer and videographer, which were the two services we used EC for. My second phone conversation was about the shots that I wanted. I sent a google doc to their planning department as requested, and they never gave it to our photographer. With how much effort you put into writing out your shot list, this was extremely frustrating. I was also not a fan of our main photographer; he did not know the shots that I wanted, did not set-up our group into pictures that were fun/asked for, and had to be asked multiple times to take pictures of specific moments. Word of advice, go through their photographers and do your research. Make sure you book a photographer you really like. We had Brandon as our second photographer, only there for 3 hours, and he was amazing. He listened to every shot I wanted, stayed a little longer to take shots at our cocktail hour, and made sure I got a ton of photos of me and my family. His ideas for how we were "staged" were a lot of fun. I honestly wish we could have kept him all day. And I prefer the pictures that he took over the photos our lead photographer took. The company did reach out and has made every attempt to make up for the experience. Again, this is a good company to book with if you are on a budget, but stay on top of them with your requests and do your research on photographers!
Based on service, convenience, pricing and professionalism I would highly recommend these folks for any of your events. Again, I'll update once we receive the actual photos.
David was a fantastic photographer for both our wedding & engagement session! Everyone from the company was easy to work with & was there within hours of sending an email! They were so helpful and we couldn't be happier with our wedding photos! The packages they offered were hard to pass up & they made our wedding day a breeze!
