WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE SERVICE AND THE PRODUCT RECEIVED - ALL EMPLOYEES ARE TOP-NOTCH AND EXTREME CARE IS TAKEN TO GET THE INSTALLATION PERFECT - WE HAD A VERY LARGE JOB - VINYL & CHAIN LINK - 700+ FEET AND WOULD EASILY RECOMMEND HOMESTEAD AS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!
This business is HORRIBLE. I called to get an estimate on a fencing project (very large project btw... would've been roughly a $20,000 project for them). The woman who answered the phone was rude and completely disinterested in my business. As I attempted to explain what kind of project I was interested in getting a quote for... she interrupted me and asked that I email the request, stating "it's much easier that way". She then proceeded to tell me that they are "extremely busy" and "will not be able to respond to my email for at least 1 week". Okay! ...good to know that you do not need my business, because I will definitely be taking it elsewhere!
I went to Homestead Fence to get rough estimates for wooden fencing on our property and was greeted by a very gruff, impatient woman who clearly thought I was an idiot. She gave me an estimate for fencing only, saying that she would have to call me back with a price for the installation. Never got a call back...went to PRECISION Fence in Manahawkin instead and was treated like a valuable client. I have since added to the original order and plan to use them for all future needs. They are fast and clearly value my business. Don't go to Homestead--they don't have time for the average buyer.
